Flank steak has an intense "beefy" flavour. It is a very lean steak well suited to a marinade and for grilling or sliced for fajitas. Marinating the steak helps soften the meat as it tends to be a tougher cut of meat. Cooking it quickly at a high heat is how we suggest cooking the flank steak.

Flank steak are limited as there are only 2 on each animal. They are packaged 1 per package.
